We have refurbished!
When we initially took over the Inn, it was looking tired and not a true reflection of the establishment it had been over the years, so we embarked on a journey to rectify that.
The pub is split into two large rooms, a large front garden and a tradtitional walled garden. The following pictures show the transformation of the main bar area over
the course of three days.
Day 1

| This is the pub just hours before refurbishment started, notice the colour of the bar, and the walls | This wall used to host the dartboard which has now been moved into our "Sports Bar" |

| First job: Strip the bar. The wood underneath is in excellent condition | A total of seven hours of sanding goes into the wood to bring it back to its former glory |

We have many forthcoming pub events, some of which occur each week
The Philosophy behind our menu is simple, provide quality locally sourced ingredients at real value for money.
Serving the perfect pint is the key vision of this Inn, we keep cask conditioned real ale the traditional way, as Hook Norton Brewery intended.
